my room faced the plaza , it was a noisy plaza. i could definitely hear everything, even with the windows closed.

The location is great, allowing easy walking to many tourist attractions (it was really convenient!). The staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. Breakfast offered a fabulous array of products covering almost every taste. The room was clean. the beds were very comfortable.

The location offered many bars and coffee shops close by.. such a tender convenience. staff members were helpful and friendly. Their smiles were a light. breakfast was fabulous and offered gorgeous food with a great range of choices.
the bar area lacked cozy seating, and i struggled to find someone to serve me a drink.

Location was acceptable, lots of bars and restaurants are near.
The room felt old and outdated. The mix between modern and old came across in poor taste. Overhaul and maintenance is much needed.

helpful staff fabulous breakfast
The location was excellent, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The reception staff, especially Victoria, proved really helpful. Breakfast was fabulous, and it had good variety. I enjoyed my experience.

The location is perfectly situated for walking around. The hotel is a twenty minute walk from the Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, the Prado Museum, and Parque de El Retiro. The area is really safe and practical.
